The Digital Transformation Workshop focuses on the integration of people and technology. The Digital Transformation Workshop will provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the latest trends and best practices in Manufacturing, Utilities, Heavy Industry, Military Logistics (both tactical & strategic), Warehousing, and Retail industries. Attendees will learn the impact digitalisation has had on these industries, including its risks and challenges.
During the workshop
The workshop will explore key concepts, such as Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things (IoT). It will break down the walls that divide departments – and create a culture where operations, engineering/IT and business stakeholders work together seamlessly. It covers various topics, including digital transformation frameworks, change management best practices, and innovation management. Participants will learn how to assess their organisation’s capability maturity, identify gaps, and develop a plan to improve. The workshop also provides hands-on training in design thinking, agile methodologies, and collaboration tools.

*This half-day workshop can be delivered online or in person and is popular with college teaching staff, IT Managers and students (who can also be delivery partners and interact with business attendees where workshops are presented in person). It will be 3 or 4 hours in duration and led by an expert facilitator.
